加入腾讯前,曾长期在可口可乐公司、三星电子和暴雪娱乐等业内领先企业担任市场部门或业务部门负责人。早在2005年曾在可口可乐公司领导了快速消费品行业内第一个数码互动营销 ,之后亦策划多次创新的营销实践,实现公司品牌上和业务上的突破。在可口可乐公司工作的16年时间里,也曾作为业务部门负责人,通过营销创新和产品创新扭转营收和利润。
Before joining Tencent, he was head of marketing or business departments of several industry leaders, including Coca Cola, Samsung and Blizzard Entertainment, among others. As early as in 2005 when he worked at Coca Cola, he led the very first digital interactive marketing campaign of FMCG industry. After that, he pioneered a series of innovative marketing practices and achieved breakthroughs in both branding and commerce. In his 16 years at Coca Cola, he also turned around the company’s revenue and profit via marketing and product innovations as head of business department.

He graduated as a Bachelor of Science from Antai College of Economics and Management, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and received his EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
